1. Retreat fee and deadline:  You agree to pay the retreat fee in full before 11:59 PM on January 27, 2026. If you miss the deadline, you acknowledge that your spot at the retreat may be offered to someone on the waiting list.  In this case, we will refund whatever you have previously paid. 

2. Cancellations and refunds: You may cancel your registration for any reason if you contact us before 11:59 PM on January 27, 2026, In that case, we will refund whatever you have paid previously. However, if you cancel after July 26th or are unable to come the day of the event, there are no refunds. 

3. Food preferences: We will be serving wholesome food. Gluten free and vegetarian options will be provided. If you have any dietary allergies, concerns or preferences, please let us know by January 27, 2026.

4. Accessibility: You acknowledge that you are able to walk and climb a few steps. 

5.  Allergens: You acknowledge that, if we are outdoors, you will treat yourself for allergens and let us know if you have any severe environmental allergies (e.g., to insect stings). If we need to move indoors, you would be OK being in the presence of a companion dog during the retreat. 

6. Illness: We want you to feel confident that you'll not catch anything at this retreat! You agree not to attend if you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 within 7 days before the event.
